Website purpose and contracting
The website provides service information, enquiries, quotations, online booking/payment and booking management for valet collection and return, covered or open-air parking, approved vehicle care and separately quoted vehicle transport. Passenger transport is not included unless expressly contracted separately. Availability, handover points, included work, charges and the contracting provider are stated before acceptance. Mainland and European transport is subject to a written route-specific quote; an enquiry is not a confirmed transport booking.
Consumer prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Parking and ordinary valet services supplied in Mallorca are normally subject to Spanish VAT at 21%; the applicable tax treatment of separately quoted international transport or third-party services is shown in the quote. There are no undisclosed compulsory extras. The accepted booking price is not retrospectively changed by later published tariffs.
Our Terms of Service explain the booking steps, contractual cancellation and statutory withdrawal rights, custody, refunds and complaints. Our Privacy Policy and Cookies and Browser Storage Notice explain personal-data and device-storage use. You may save or print these documents without charge. The version supplied and accepted for your booking applies to that booking.

Complaints and law
You can contact us by the booking messaging facility, email, telephone or post at the details above. Official consumer complaint or report forms are available free of charge. You may request them by any of those channels; for distance bookings we send them within three working days of the request. They are also available at the base and from staff attending offsite handovers.
Spanish law applies subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections and international transport rules. We impose no exclusive submission to the courts of Palma. The competent courts and any consumer right to use the courts of their domicile are determined by applicable law, as explained in the Terms.
