How does private-aviation valet work?
A private flight should not leave you arranging where your own car will stay. Drive to your agreed meeting point and hand it to an Azul Cars driver. We take it to our Palma base, keep it in your chosen parking, and bring it back for your agreed arrival.
For aircraft owners, passengers and crew, the useful details are the same: the right operator, an accessible meeting point and a clear return plan. Share your flight or tail number and a reachable contact. Our team coordinates with your plans rather than treating the General Aviation Terminal as the main passenger terminal.

A personal landside handover
Meet your driver at the confirmed terminal entrance or accessible meeting point. We record your vehicle’s condition, mileage and fuel or battery before taking the keys.

Your car, cared for while you fly
We drive your vehicle to our Palma base and park it in your selected space. Detailing, EV charging and other requested care can be coordinated during your stay.

Ready for your landing
We coordinate the agreed return with your arrival plan. Collect your car with a return condition report, then continue your journey without a separate parking transfer.
FBO and GAT access rules are set by your operator and Aena. Our driver meets you landside or at the terminal entrance, never on the apron. Allow time for the personal vehicle handover as well as your operator’s departure requirements.

Choose covered parking and request detailing, an exterior wash or EV charging while you fly. Collection and return photos let you see how your car was handed over, with mileage and fuel or battery recorded in your booking. Extras are itemised; quoted work is agreed before it goes ahead.

Where do you meet me for a private flight?
At Palma Airport, we coordinate a landside handover at the General Aviation Terminal entrance with your FBO or handling agent. At Son Bonet, we agree an accessible landside point with Aena or your operator. FBO/GAT access rules are set by the operator and Aena; our service does not include airside access.
Can you coordinate around my flight and tail number?
Yes. Add your FBO, flight or tail number, planned departure and arrival times, and a contact number to your booking. Let us know promptly if your schedule changes. We arrange revised timing subject to availability and access; additional parking or out-of-hours charges may apply.
Where is my car kept while I fly?
Your car is driven to our Palma base, not left at the FBO. Select covered parking for overhead shelter while you are away, or choose open-air parking if you prefer. We document collection and return with photos, mileage and fuel or battery level, visible in your online booking.
Can my car be detailed or charged before I return?
Request detailing, EV charging or other vehicle care during booking. Available fixed-price services and handling fees appear in the live total; quoted work and third-party energy costs are shown separately. Work is subject to coordination and approval where required. Private-aviation handovers are priced by distance from our base, not the main-terminal airport tariff.
