Which Palma terminal?
Baleària lists Station 3 and a separate Dique del Oeste access. Trasmed boards at Muelle Viejo; Station 2 is its advance-sales office. Cruises use Poniente / Paraires Stations 1–4 or Dique del Oeste Stations 5–6. Follow your sailing’s terminal instructions.

Is terminal handover included?
Standard collection and return in our Port of Palma terminal zones are included in the parking price. Choose a verified port preset and check the live total. Extras, an out-of-hours handover or a return outside these zones are priced separately.
Which terminal should I choose?
Follow your ticket, not just the operator name. Baleària lists Station 3 and a separate Dique del Oeste access; Trasmed currently boards at Muelle Viejo. Cruise stations are spread between Poniente and Dique del Oeste. Send your ship and terminal; your driver confirms the lawful meeting point by WhatsApp.
Where does my car stay while I sail?
At our Palma base, Carrer Son Malferit 18—not beside the ship. Choose covered or open-air parking. Request washing, detailing or EV charging during booking; available extras and any quoted work are shown separately.
What if my sailing or docking time changes?
Tell us by WhatsApp as soon as you know. We confirm revised timing subject to driver availability and port access. Extra parking or out-of-hours charges may apply. Never leave your car or keys unattended at the terminal.
